SITE UPDATE 18.04.2001

Having had some new snapshots in courtesy of Bristol FoE, we have decided to tidy up the photo gallery. All the new pics are in there; the old ones have not yet been deleted, but have been moved out to keep the page loading time down. Hurry up if you want a copy though, because they won't be hanging around forever .....

There has also been an interesting story in the Derby Evening Telegraph, which you can read in the press clippings section. We trust that the PDNPA will act on at least some of the recommendations in the new report, as the loss of the Council of Europe Diploma for Protected Areas could be disastrous for the Park. We liked the bit about mining and quarrying .....

If the report is made available to the Public then we will post details of how to obtain it.
