ANIMATED GOODIES
Steve at http://www.scribecraft.com/ has created an animation
highlighting the plight of the Nine Ladies, which you can download and attach to your e-mail messages. There
are two versions:
- The shockwave flash file is smaller, but it requires the Shockwave Flash plugin.
It should work on Macs. We haven't found a suitable player for Linux, unfortunately.
- The Windows executable file will play all by itself, but it's over twice as big and will only work
on PC's with Windows 95 or 98.
CAUTION Watch who you send these files to. Not everybody relishes the
thought of downloading over 500kB of data (it will take the best part of two minutes even with a 56K
modem). The executable version will only work on a Windows system and looks, because of the
.exe ending on the filename, as though it may contain a virus (though we have checked and are sure
that it doesn't).
And please, please, please don't send it on any e-mail to us.
