The CHI Report is a long report to reverse engineer and
to find the story contained within it. |
|
| After reading the CHI report the immediate questions that concern some survivors are: | |
| * | Why was there no mention, during the court case of claims from Survivors that they were sexually abused after being drugged with Hypnovel and that Dr Green had an accomplice in some of these sex attacks? |
| * | Why was the abuse I suffered totally disregarded by CHI, dispite it being substantiated by a raft of evidence, including medical reports which suggest untoward incidents happening as far back as 1980? |
| * | Dr Green's defence in court was the PGIS survey. Why is there no mention of his defence in the CHI report? |
| * | Why was Hypnovel abuse, that was seperate to the Back Project, not mentioned in the CHI Report. |
| * | Why was there no mention of a key witness during the 1993 Police Investigation of Green, being ignored by the Police, who dispite the Survivors willingness to contribute, was denied that opportunity. |
| * | Why was the direct and unreported complaint to Green himself (by Survivor) in 1983 not mentioned? |
| * | Why did CHI blow the anonimity of at least one person who they contacted. *details to follow. |
| * | Why when it's stated in their Appendix
F 'Protocol for obtaining patient and family views' (below) was no counselling
offered to a Survivor, when the Survivor specifically requested for it on
at least 2 occasions during the face to face interview. Guiding Principle 1: Recognising that for some patients and their families it will be painful to talk about the issue under investigation, the interviewees will be organised to make the meetings as comfortable as possible. Counselling support will be available after the meetings. |
| * | What is meant in the
CHI Report (section 2.39) by 'Psychological interventions'. '(section 2.39) On 14 July 1997, because of the partners growing concern, a practice partner made a search of Peter Greens consulting room during his absence on leave. The practice partner was subsequently joined by another partner on a second search. Papers were found relating to 200-250 patients, including psychological interventions and back project consultations.' Remember that these papers were for Green's own private use. I would like to know what other information is in Green's Catalogue of Corruption. I'm curious to know the date that these 'papers' were recorded from. It's one Survivors assertion that these 'papers' are in fact a cardex system which Green kept seperate coded medical notes in. |
| 1983 | After being
sexually abused a survivor spoke to a GP in 1983 who
was also a family friend. Below is an extract of a letter received by him from the wife of the GP which confirms the contact. This was made available to CHI though they made no reference to this abuse which was prior to 1985. |
|
Dear (Survivors name), |
|
| 1984 | Complaints to other local GPs in 1984 which resulted in an incorrect diagnosis of mental illness. |
| 1893/97 | That the same person who gave a statement to the police in 1993 which started their investigation was also the person who was first to complain to the GMC in 1997 (as a qualified social worker). Three months later and already investigating, the GMC received a complaint from the health worker. This is at odds with the CHI version of events. |
| The CHI response to Survivors concerns over detail
innacuracies has been to imply that they are too busy to look into them. |
