I am currently in São Paulo, Brazil working as the Learning Center
Supervisor at the Associação
Alumni bi-national center. At Alumni, my projects include developing
multimedia and online resources for teaching EFL, the updating and networking
of five computer and audio laboratories, the administration of Alumni's
Conversation Corners and Grammar Clinics at each of the Learning Center
locations as well as giving face-to-face and distance education teacher-education
seminars and workshops.
In the not-too-distant past I was the USIS English as a Foreign Language
Fellow Program Liaison for Ukraine based at the University
of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (UKMA for short). At the America
House Library, and throughout Ukraine, I worked with ESP and EFL teachers
on a great variety of projects and gave regular ESP
and EFL methodology workshops, EFL
Film seminars, and Online
courses, workshops and seminars.
