...Glastonbury
in Somerset, England, has been a place of pilgrimage for many hundreds of years, and has been called "the cradle of Christianity in England".

Nowadays the Glastonbury Pilgrimage takes place on the second Saturday in July.

Pilgrims come from all parts of the country (and overseas). Many of the English pilgrims make the journey on foot from their home towns!

The main events of the day's programme will be:

12 Noon: Solemn Mass 
President and Preacher: 
Bishop Andrew Burnham
The Bishop of Ebbsfleet

3.30pm: Procession of Witness followed by
Solemn Evensong and Benediction

Preacher: Bishop Edwin Barnes
formerly Bishop of Richborough

Everyone will be welcome to attend.
