No 4th wheel so your £1.50 a week better off.

Sheer Logic. Seven solid reasons why you can afford a new car after all.

    1) Rising Petrol cost, no problem. The Reliant gives up to 60 m.p.g or even more. Top speed over 70, yet there's plenty of room for four people and a karge boot for their luggage.

    2) £25 licence, no problem, To licence the Reliant only cost £10 a year. Say 4/- (20p) a week.

    3) HP Deposit, no problem, Reliant HP deposit ispounds less than most 4 wheel cars. Supervan is free of purchase tax. Down payments could be 20% or less and you have 3 or more years to pay.

    4) Rusty body work, no problem. Reliant body and doors are made not of metal but of tough reinforced glass fibre. You never see a Reliant with a rusty body; why Reliants need no garage, glass fibre can not rust  .. ever.

    5) Maintenance repairs, no problem. The engine block is all aluminium like a Rolls Royce's, it can outlast a cast iron engine. Also it never need reboring; it has wet liners - cheap and simple to replace.  The glass fibre body localises accident damage. Repairs can be patch bonded. Therefore repairs are cheaper.

    6) Tyres Cost up, no problem. The Reliant is very easy on tyres. It weighs under 8cwt, and the engine is so placed that weight is spread evenly to all 3 wheels.  This gives greater stability and less wear on tyres - average tyre life is 40,000 miles.

    7) Resale value, no problem. Reliants hold their value well. Reasons - the rust proof glass fibre body, that keeps its good looks, the long life aluminium engine and most important of all, the way the Reliant is made with a proper pre-sectioned steel chassis, (immensley strong) and coach built body.  The Reliant is not mass produced, it is made to last, and it does.

Reliant Regal - Sheer Logic. - Afford it YOU CAN.
