In the UK owning a Reliant Robin to many is one thing but the fact it was also pink was something else. I therefore decided to go for a butch colour like blue. I was then informed by a Reliant owner that apparently only a small number of Robins were "Carnival Pink" to celebrate the launch of the Robin in 1973 and so this colour would have been a Limited Edition Model. They then insisted I painted it pink again! Whilst I was at university though I just could not face driving a pink car and my car stayed blue!
