    BRA CX3, CV3 , Leighton, MR3 & MG3 .

    BRA CX3.

First introduced in the early 1990's the BRA CX3 is currently the high performance sportster of the BRA range though production is limited. Power is provided to the rear wheel by shaft drive via a Honda CX500 or CX650 water cooled v-twin engine. The CX3 can develop 50 - 65 bhp (depending on engine used).  The CX3 uses a Honda CX500/650 motorcycle, a Ford Escort (Mk 1 or Mk2) and a Ford Cortina (Mk 4 or 5) as donor vehicles.

    BRA CV3.

First introduced in the 1997 the BRA CV3 is designed to be more a touring vehicle. The front wheels are powered by a Citroen 2CV/Dyane flat twin air-cooled 602cc engine that develops 30 bhp. The vehicle also features Citroen's dash-mounted gear lever which as a result creates more room in the car. The CV3 uses a Citroen 2CV Dyane as a donor vehicle.

    BRA Leighton.

The BRA Leighton was first introduced in 1999. It is powered by a Citroen 2CV/Dyane flat twin air-cooled 602cc engine that develops 30 bhp (Which in a 350kgs car is about 87bhp per tonne)  The CV3 uses a Citroen 2CV Dyane as a donor vehicle.

    BRA MR3.

The BRA MR3 is currently under development but will use a pre 1990 Metro series water cooled transverse four cylinder engine.

    BRA MG3.

The BRA MG3 is BRA's first vehicle to be powered by a Moto Guzzi engine. Engineered from the CX3 the MG3 uses the engine, gearbox, transmission and rear end of the Moto Guzzi with engines ranging from 850cc up to 1100cc. Although there are currently four MG3 models BRA may not offer the model as a kit again and instead produce a full turnkey vehicle which will be highly specified with a high quality finish and trim, etc. It is hoped that the fully built cars will be launched sometime in 2002  but there are no promises!
