            The Festival Committee and other organisers of events are very grateful to local businesses and individuals that put in a lot of effort and resources to make Downham Market Festival so successful. Some of these supporting items are hidden, such as the loan of transport for the Carnival Parade, as well as for moving equipment about for the various events that are taking place. There is also the matter of loan of equipment and giving of facilities. Without this support the Festival would find it very difficult to carry on. Other supporters include the businesses that advertise in the Festival Programme brochure, those who sell the programme for the Committee and those that support the many raffles taking place throughout the Festival week.
