THE AREA

West Penwith is a wonderful area for walkers, birdwatchers and it is an ideal location for artists.

The sandy surfing beach of Sennen is just three miles away.

Lands End, The Minack Open Air Theatre, Mousehole and Penzance with its helicopter and sea links to the Isles of Scilly are within easy reach.

St. Ives is just thirteen miles away along the spectacular coastal drive with the famous Tate Gallery along with many restaurants, shops and galleries, nestling in is quaint narrow streets.

THE ACCOMMODATION

Carn View holiday apartment is available all year round, it was formerly part of an early 19th century school.

This first floor apartment has panoramic views over the sea and surrounding countryside.

It is situated quietly behind the fine 15th century church of St. Just, and is just 100 yards off the main square where there are numerous places to eat, and shops for your everyday needs.

Cape Cornwall is just over a mile away where there is a shingle beach, a golf and country club with indoor swimming pool and restaurant.

The accommodation comprises fine outside granite steps leading to the first floor.

The property is tastefully decorated throughout in cottage style, with original beamed ceilings and window seats. It has an open plan lounge with an electric wood burner effect fire. There is a fully fitted dining kitchen area.

There are two bedrooms, one double, one single, each with pine furniture and beds.

The bathroom contains a toilet, hand basin and bath with fitted power shower.

The property is double glazed throughout. Services include night storage heaters, colour television, radio/ CD/ Cassette, microwave, and hairdryer.

All electricity, bed linen (duvets) and towels are included in the price.

There is a small shared garden with your own garden furniture and rotary dryer.

At a small rental charge, there is a folding bed and travel cot to hire.

One well behaved pet is welcome.
