Mordheim is one of the most popular games in the club at the moment. It features small warbands of 5 to 25 warriors, who are searching the ruins of Mordheim to find shards of Wyrdstone, a magical mineral which came from the comet which stuck and devastated the city. There are several types of warband, may of which are owned by members of the club. Click on a link to get more in-depth description of the warbands.

Reiklanders: "Disciplined, magnificent archers and good, solid warriors..."

Middenheimers: "They are as strong as Ogres and meaner than Orcs..."

Marienburgers: "They are completely ruthless and have more money than anyone else..."

Skaven: "These are no ordinary vermin - big as a man, fast on their feet, and smart too..."

Sisters of Sigmar: "They're mean fighters and you goota be tough to live like they do..."

The Cult of the Possessed: "The Damned. The Bogeymen. These scum are the worst of the worst..."

Witch Hunters: "They are well armed and equipped, and show no mercy to anyone..."

The Undead: "Zombies, Ghouls and huge hellhounds prowl the streets, and woe to anyone caught by them..."

Orcs and Goblins: "These fierce greenskins from the Grey mountains fight in large numbers, although they are not particularly skilled..."

Dwarfs: "Dwarfs are some of the best equipped warriors in Mordheim, and are also very tough and skilled..."

So there you have it, the ten Mordheim warbands. As you'll notice from the descriptions and the warband pages, each warband has different strengths and weaknesses, and this is part of what makes Mordheim so entertaining.
