The Craftworld Eldar are one of the most
unpredictable forces in the galaxy. No-one knows where they will
strike next, or whose side they will fight on. To everyone but
themselves they are a complete mystery, and a huge force to be
reckoned with. However, the Eldar are only the remnants of a dying
race who once ruled the galaxy. Their power smashed by Chaos, only a
few small groups still remain living on what they call Craftworlds -
huge, self-contained cities. Their ultimate fate is still unclear,
but along with their dark brethren, the Orks, and Chaos, they are a
major threat to the security of the Imperium.
